1. All commission rates mentioned above are subject to change as deemed necessary by the company without prior notice.
2. The applicable rate will be determined based on the final selling price of the product.

4. For products falling under multiple categories, the primary category's commission rate will be applicable.
5. Vendors must maintain minimum quality standards to be eligible for these commission rates.
6. Returns and refunds may affect the final commission calculation.
7. Payment of commissions will be processed according to the settlement cycle mentioned in the vendor agreement.
